Qualifications :
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, business administration, food science, food technology, or any related field.
- Minimum 3 years working experience in R&D in food industry.
- Good command of English in spoken, written, and reading. (Chinese is a plus)
- Experience in research and developing new products based on customer requirements.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and innovatively.
- Able to travel for work, off-site and upcountry as assigned.
- Immediate availability to start work will be special consideration.
