The Executive, Training & Education supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of educational programmes, digital learning initiatives, and workforce development activities. The role works closely with faculty, subject matter experts, vendors, and internal stakeholders to develop learning resources, coordinate training programmes, manage education projects, and support the administration of learning platforms.
The incumbent also supports programme promotion, stakeholder engagement, and evaluation activities to ensure the effective delivery and continuous improvement of education and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the development and maintenance of educational content, including e-learning modules, videos, learning resources, and programme materials.
Support the administration of digital learning platforms, including the Learning Management System (LMS), ensuring content quality and version control.
Manage and monitor education projects, including timelines, budgets, contracts, deliverables, and project reporting.
Coordinate the planning and delivery of training programmes, workshops, conferences, clinical attachments, observerships, and study visits.
Liaise with faculty, learners, educational institutions, healthcare partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to facilitate programme implementation.
Collect, analyse, and report programme evaluation data and learner feedback to support quality improvement and accreditation requirements.
Maintain programme records, reports, databases, and documentation, ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
Provide administrative support for procurement, budget tracking, departmental meetings, and other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Education, Communications, Marketing, Business Management, Healthcare Management, Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, Multimedia, or a related field.
Relevant experience in education administration of programmes, training coordination, digital learning and development, content development, communications, marketing, project management, or a similar function.
Good project coordination, organisational, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital learning platforms, content management systems, or related technologies.
The successful candidate can expect a monthly basic salary up to $4,200, commensurate with experience.
