
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Analyst to support Business Intelligence (BI) analytics and customer experience/stakeholder engagement for a major IT/Product Modernization program supporting one of the largest public repositories of high-throughput sequencing data. The ideal candidate will analyze data from internal dashboards, user/stakeholder feedback channels, and other information sources to generate actionable insights that guide product direction and modernization priorities.
In this role, you will work closely with both the Product Teams and the Customer Experience/ Stakeholder Engagement Team You will synthesize BI findings into clear, concise recommendations that inform strategy, success metrics, and improve overall customer experience. As part of the Customer Experience Team, you will work in an Agile framework to plan, schedule, and coordinate engagement activities, ensuring smooth logistics and meaningful insight collection and reporting on a regular basis. Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and experience supporting complex projects in a government setting are essential.

We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and location. The targeted range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000.
