Field observation that requires taking field notes, entering
and filing the data. Professionalism in effectively communicating unbiased
observations and providing constructive feedback to effectuate an inclusive
classroom culture.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in
  writing
• Ability to maintain and organize confidential records
• Ability to conduct and record field observations
• Must hold sophomore standing

Preferred Qualifications:

The Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Basic
Research Certificate – must provide the CITI Basic Research Certificate for
verification.
