JOB PURPOSE
Bertanggungjawab terhadap aktiviti penyelidikan agronomi serta memastikan semua aktiviti pengukuran pokok, persempelan, pengiraan dan merekod data R&D agronomi berjalan mengikut perancangan.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/INDIVIDUAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Melaksanakan program percubaan (trial) R&D di ladang dan kawasan lapangan.
Menjalankan tugasan khas berkaitan pengumpulan data R&D termasuk rekod hasil (yield recording), pengukuran pertumbuhan dan sokongan teknikal dalam aspek agronomi.
Memastikan semua tugasan harian disiapkan mengikut tempoh masa yang ditetapkan.
Memastikan data yang dikumpul adalah betul, tepat, lengkap serta mematuhi etika kerja dan penyelidikan.
Mematuhi dan melaksanakan arahan yang diberikan oleh pihak atasan.
Memastikan kawasan tempat kerja sentiasa berada dalam keadaan baik, selamat dan teratur.
Mengemukakan laporan percubaan (trial report) mengikut jadual yang ditetapkan.
Melaporkan sebarang isu atau masalah yang dihadapi kepada Supervisor atau pegawai yang bertanggungjawab dengan segera.
QUALIFICATIONS AND WORKING EXPERIENCE
Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) dan setaraf
Mempunyai lesen memandu (Kelas B2)
Boleh membaca & menulis didalam Bahasa Melayu dengan baik
Berpengalaman dalam bidang pertanian
Mempunyai kemahiran dalam Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
