4.團隊管理：
-帶領並指導生產控制團隊，確保團隊績效達標。
-進行績效考核，支持團隊成員的職涯發展。
5.風險評估與管理：
-評估供應鏈風險，制定預防措施以管控風險。
-監控市場動態，調整生產策略以應對變化。
6.持續改進：
-分析生產數據，提出改進建議以提升生產效率。
-推動創新，改善生產流程和供應鏈管理。
