1. Lead the Import and Export Customs Team:
- Responsible for the overall work results and performance of the team, ensuring the achievement of annual plans and operational priorities.
- Manage team performance within the professional scope, including performance evaluations and career development.
2. Import and Export Customs Clearance Management:
- Ensure smooth customs clearance of import and export goods in compliance with relevant regulations and policies.
- Work closely with suppliers, logistics companies, and government agencies to resolve daily operational issues.
3. Resource and Daily Operations Problem Solving:
- Assess and resolve resource and daily operational issues to ensure the successful completion of team tasks.
- Coordinate and communicate across departments, proposing overall supply chain optimization solutions to address supply chain issues.
4. Supply Chain Risk Management:
- Assess supply chain risks and implement preventive measures to control risks and protect business group interests.
- Possess extensive supply chain expertise and negotiate optimal terms with suppliers within the scope of authority.
5. Professional Advice and Guidance:
- Solve problems using fundamental management knowledge, providing professional advice and guidance to clients, colleagues, and the team.
- Lead the team in proposing innovative ideas to improve work efficiency and quality.
