Job Description

We are a leading company in the wireless broadband communications industry looking for talented professionals with a winning attitude.

1.Team Leadership & Performance Management
Lead multiple professional teams to ensure the achievement of expected work results and performance goals.
Set center success milestones for the TGS strategy that are not included in the KRA table.
Plan and promote cross-functional rotations to support global organizational development, build a global talent pool, deepen team expertise, and maintain operational consistency.
2.Quality System Establishment & Optimization
Build and optimize quality management systems that meet customer requirements and comply with international standards such as VDA6.3.
Use IATF16949 as a benchmark to promote high-standard quality operations across global sites and respond quickly to customer needs.
Expand customer-oriented quality system management, establish unified global quality control processes, and ensure consistent standards across different manufacturing bases.
Introduce Control Limit and OCAP concepts to refine quality management and establish an early warning production and supply chain quality management system.
Establish quality management mechanisms based on Control Limit and OCAP.
Integrate DFM and FMEA into the PSO management system.
3.Annual Planning & Resource Allocation
Plan annual objectives for the department, including budget and human resource allocation.
Adjust and allocate cross-functional and cross-regional resources to optimize departmental performance and value.
4.Cross-Department & Cross-Regional Collaboration
Collaborate and communicate with other departments, external partners, vendors, and customers to ensure smooth task execution.
Establish Centralized Quality Issue Collection/Management mechanisms to collect and manage external (customer complaints, escapes) and internal (hold, alert) quality issues under a unified system and rule.
Hold regular cross-department meetings and establish effective communication and collaboration processes.
5.Problem Identification & Resolution
Utilize internal and external resources to identify and resolve potential operational and organizational issues.
Propose innovative solutions to meet the operational needs of the company and business groups.
Track project implementation of LL (Lesson Learned) and conduct deep dives into common issues (E2E Quality Management Review).
Organize quarterly workshops to formalize and extend DOE process topics.
6.Technical Guidance & Innovation
Provide engineering development direction and technical guidance as an internal expert.
Review technical documents and projects from multiple teams, and regularly provide guidance on technical development.
Promote the use of intelligent application tools and AI technology for process innovation and knowledge transfer, supporting Global Operation and Standard/Digital Transformation.
Arrange small-scale workshops for specific ability build-up or special topics to enhance professional exchange.
7.Talent Development
Identify and cultivate key and high-end talent, building a future talent and leadership pipeline.
Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team professional capabilities.
Build Mega customer CQFT teams led by AQM, offering end-to-end services to strengthen Mega account management.
Organize workshops to enhance AQM and CQFT team capabilities.
