Job Description

1. Mechanical Design and Development:
- Design and develop mechanical parts and assemblies for network communication and automotive electronics products, ensuring structural stability and reliability.
- Use CAD software for 3D modeling and 2D drawing creation, and perform design verification and optimization.
- Conduct feasibility analysis to ensure compliance with functional, reliability, and mass production requirements.
2. Material Selection and Testing:
- Select appropriate materials and manufacturing processes to ensure product durability and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate material strength and cost efficiency to ensure design quality and production efficiency.
3. Prototype Fabrication and Testing:
- Create design prototypes and conduct functional and reliability testing.
- Analyze test results and implement design improvements and optimizations.
4. Production Technical Support:
- Collaborate with the manufacturing department to ensure smooth transition of designs into mass production.
- Resolve mechanical issues during mass production to ensure quality and production efficiency.
5. Documentation Writing and Management:
- Prepare design documents and technical specifications to ensure traceability of the design process.
- Manage design changes and maintain updates to design documents.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Work with electronic engineers, software developers, and testing teams to participate in product requirement discussions and design reviews.
- Provide technical support to ensure product design meets overall system requirements.
