1. 執行客戶特定要求(CSR,Customer Specific Requirements)並傳遞至供應商,確保供應商品質符合客戶特定要求。
2. 執行供應商評鑑管理作業,確保新供應商/既有供應商符合WNC品質要求。
3. 推動供應商品質管理流程改善,跨部門/Site溝通完成各議題討論與執行。
4. 執行供應商品質系統稽核(QSA)/製程&生產稽核(QPPA)/RBA/PSO,確保供應商符合WNC品質要求,適時向供應商介紹WNC組織、產品。
5. 處理供應商進料品質異常/產線材料品質異常/客訴材料品質異常,確保品質異常處理時效符合內外部客戶要求,並能展開長期品質預防管理措施。
6. 審查車用產品料件供應商提交PPAP(生產件批准程序)文件,確保量產前所有料件提交PPAP與PSW。
7. 運用Six Sigma與品質工具釐清問題,進行持續性改善的活動。
