1. 零件選型與評估：
- 根據產品需求，選擇合適的零件，並提出建議。
- 依據零件需求，有能力判斷，是否符合規範及零件的適切性。
2. 零件承認：
- 制定並執行零件承認Checklist，確保零件符合規格要求。
- 對於負責零件熟悉製程、架構、市場趨勢及應用。
- 依據發展及使用，對零件屬性有能力去判斷調整及優化。
3. 零件管理與維護：
- 建立並維護零件資料庫，確保零件信息的準確性及完整性。
- 監控零件的供應情況，確保生產需求的及時滿足。
- 具備判斷客戶需求合理，調整及維護系統架構。
- 透過供應商交流，提升零件熟悉度與知識。
4. 問題解決與改進：
- 針對生產過程中出現的零件問題，進行分析並提出解決方案。
- 持續改進零件選型及，提高工作效率及產品品質。
5. 跨部門合作：
- 與專案單位合作，參與且有能力去提出建議並協助專案順利進行。
- 與品質團隊/工廠合作，確保零件的品質及可靠性，確保生產順利。
