4. 經指導能獨立執行新產品開發階段設計驗證、試產、問題分析與解決，以確保產品品質。
5. 經指導能獨立制定新產品機械零組件規格及Review Control plan/SOP/SIP是否符合規格需求，以確保產品生產品質。
