2. 獨立與客戶接洽，偕同車用電子產品專案小組及工廠團隊準備稽核文件(checklist & PPAP) 進行產線稽核並通過客戶稽核
3. 獨立作業使用8D手法處理客訴及退貨，與工程/工廠/供應商完成不良原因分析並實施解決方案，達到品質改善的目標。
4. 熟悉並能掌握應用車用電子品質相關法規
