Vos tâches :

  • Être un gardien : Dissuadez et détectez les vols et les fraudes, et appréhendez les personnes qui commettent ces actes, protégeant ainsi nos produits et nos profits.

  • Enquêter et analyser : Menez des enquêtes internes approfondies, analyser les preuves et collaborez avec les forces de l’ordre pour résoudre les incidents de vol et de fraude.

  • Être un expert en prévention des pertes : Identifiez les occasions de pertes et collaborez avec les équipes en magasin pour mettre en œuvre des stratégies de sécurité novatrices.

  • Faire partie de l’équipe : Collaborez avec les autres représentants de la protection des actifs et la direction du magasin pour maintenir un environnement sécuritaire et conforme.

  • Accueillir l’inattendu : Travaillez selon un horaire flexible qui vous garde sur le qui-vive et prêt à tout.

Compétences nécessaires :

  • Compétences solides : Permis d’agent de sécurité provincial valide, connaissance des lois pertinentes (Code criminel du Canada, Loi sur l’entrée sans autorisation) et connaissance des systèmes de caméra en circuit fermé et de surveillance.

  • Compétence en technologie : Maîtrise des applications Windows (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Compétences interpersonnelles : Attitude professionnelle, amicale et accessible avec d’excellentes compétences en communication.

  • Être proactif et digne de confiance : Grand sens de l’initiative, intégrité et passion pour le respect des normes éthiques.
