Objectif principal du poste
Nous recherchons un(e) Représentant(e) des ventes B2B – Interne orienté(e) vers les résultats pour fournir assistance, informations et accompagnement à une clientèle sur un territoire défini, notamment pour la sélection de cafés et machines, via appels entrants, courriels ou campagnes sortantes.
Le ou la titulaire collaborera étroitement avec le/la gestionnaire de territoire afin de gérer les clients au quotidien, améliorer l’expérience client, anticiper leurs besoins et offrir un service personnalisé à valeur ajoutée.
Il/elle sera responsable de son propre portefeuille clients :
Acquisition et intégration de nouveaux clients
Information sur les produits et offres
Réactivation de clients inactifs
Développement de relations solides avec les clients actifs
Il/elle contribuera à l’acquisition, la fidélisation et la productivité des clients dans les segments Bureaux / HORECA (hôtellerie, restauration, cafés).

Main Purpose of Job
We are looking for a result driven B2B Inside Sales representative to provide assistance, information and to support the customers of a defined territory with coffee and machine selection via inbound calls and emails or outbound campaigns
B2B Sales Associate will work closely with the TM of the region in managing customers on a daily basis, thus improving the customer experience, anticipating their needs and offering valuable attention and service,
B2B Sales Associate will have his own customer portfolio to manage, guaranteeing the onboarding of new customers, ensuring that the customers are well-informed about Nespresso products and offers, reactivating the passive customers and building the strong relations with active customers.
He/she will ensure Customer acquisition, retention and productivity within OFFICE/HORECA segments
He/she will ensure high visibility and best in class service within OFFICE/HORECA segments
The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet the client’s expectations.
Develop and maximize sales by
- Handling customer purchases
- Providing impactful advice and information on products and services
- Identifying and leading up-sells / cross sells
Promote the brand by acting as a brand ambassador towards the customers
- Optimize consumption and customer database through outbound campaigns
- Sharing his passion for the brand, products and services
- Delivering the needed SLA per contact touchpoint
- Building long-term relationship to the customer by creating proximity, Customer commitments respect
- Personalization and sense of service
Solve Prospect and customer requests, raised through any channel of contact
- Respecting business and compliance procedures
- Using the right tone of voice adapted to the channel and situation
- Resolving effectively issues/requests in conformity with operating procedures
and/or guidelines.
- Qualify and input lead information in the sales tool (C4C).
Provide ideas of innovation and alert on customer inisghts to upper management
- Qualify with attention the customer interaction (ground of request)
- Raise valuable customer insights to management: feedbacks, insights, ideas of innovation…
- Identify improvement areas in process, tools, organisation, trainings, speech, services...
Develop and continuously refresh his skills and knowledge by
- Being a referent expert on Nespresso products, services and processes with a specific knowledge on B2B (contracts, payment terms, deliveries...).
- Punctually shares ideas of improvement (Delight) and share best practices with other Coffee Specialists
- Pro-activity in identifying gaps and means to improve them
Master customer service interactions, with the right attitude and skills specific to each channel
- Phone: Quality of speech and voice
- Emails: the right level of formalim and excellent written language skills
- Chat: Reactivity and adapting written langugae skills to the specific tone of voice of this channel
- Social Media: Constant awareness of the stakes on brand reputation (build and protect)
