Responsabilités:

  • Fournir une assistance technique et un soutien de bureau aux associés internes et à distance

  • Compétences en gestion des fournisseurs incluant la capacité d’interagir avec et de soutenir les fournisseurs externes et de coordonner le travail avec eux afin de répondre à nos besoins opérationnels et à ceux de nos clients.

  • Surveiller les serveurs, les sauvegardes et faire enquête sur les problèmes pouvant survenir pour s’assurer que de tels incidents sont réglés conformément aux niveaux de service définis

  • Planifier, établir l’échéancier et coordonner les besoins de téléphonie du Centre d’appels conformément aux processus prédéfinis du fournisseur et de l’entreprise

  • Mettre en œuvre les améliorations et la mise à niveau des ordinateurs de bureau et des serveurs selon les cycles de vie de la technologie et en conformité avec les politiques de gestion du changement

  • Documenter, suivre et surveiller les incidents/problèmes au moyen de la gestion des incidents SYSAID ITIL afin d’assurer une résolution rapide

Responsibilities:

  • Process orders received via fax, e-mail and phone on a daily basis and provide confirmation when requested

  • Process pick tickets through the ERP System selecting the appropriate carrier ensuring timely delivery

  • Communicate with multiple external and internal customers

  • Adhere to all procedures and work instructions in performing the job

  • Communicate with various internal departments on a regular basis for customer/product related issues, including backorders, emergency shipments, customer account status, invoices, shipment discrepancies, returns processing, credits, debits, etc.

  • Maintain accurate information regarding backorders

  • Responsible for providing customers and clients with accurate answers to questions and complaints regarding shipments and services in a courteous manner and escalates issues to the appropriate person as required.

  • Responsible for customer account setup and customer file maintenance

  • Makes suggestions and recommendations to the Supervisor/Manager in an effort to continually improve customer service operations

  • Other tasks as assigned

The Customer Service Representative will also be assigned other duties and tasks as required from time to time.

Niveau D’éducation:

  • Formation dans des domaines tels que les sciences informatiques, ou des vocations similaires, généralement obtenue à l’issued’ unprogramme de baccalauréat de quatre ans, formation professionnelle et technique, ou une combinaison équivalente d’expérience et études;

  • Six (6) d’expérience en tant qu’administrateur de systèmes;

Education:

· Post-secondary education or equivalent in a related discipline;

· 0-2 years experience in a customer service role;

Compétences et Connaissances:

  • MicrosoftCertifiedSystemsEngineer(MCSE) ou certificat MS MCDSTITIL V3 en ordinateurs de bureau

  • Solide expérience de TCP/IP, DNS, LDAP, des systèmes sans fil et connaissance pratique du RPV sécurisé et des pare-feu Cisco

  • Excellentes aptitudes à communiquer oralement et par écrit

  • Offrir un bon service à la clientèle

  • Aptitude démontrée à accomplir plusieurs tâches à la fois et à prioriser des demandes diverses en fonction de l’importance d’affaires. Cela est compatible avec un environnement dynamique combiné à des priorités changeantes;

  • ·Strong proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, PowerPoint);

  • ·Strong proficiency in order entry systems;

  • ·Excellent problem solving ability; and

  • ·Mandatory ability to communicate clearly in English and French required.
