Atteindre et dépasser les objectifs de ventes en développant activement le marché et en identifiant de nouvelles opportunités d’affaires
Maintenir et renforcer les relations avec les clients existants
Collaborer avec les intervenants clés du réseau préhospitalier, incluant :

As a sales representative, you will be responsible for developing strong relationships with customers to increase their loyalty and support the growth of the territory. You will achieve your sales objectives by taking a consultative approach in the pre-hospital market, carrying out business development, clinical training, demonstrations and user support activities for the entire Emergency Care Portfolio.

Main Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed sales targets by actively developing the market and identifying new business opportunities
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers
Collaborate with key stakeholders in pre-hospital network, including:
Private and municipal ambulance services
Fire Services
Police Force
Hospitals
First responders and emergency agencies
Contribute to improving patient care while increasing market share
Analyze the performance of the territory and implement growth strategies
Produce sales forecasts (monthly, quarterly and annually)
Ensure rigorous monitoring of customer files and market shares
Offer exemplary after-sales service:
Coordination of deliveries
User training
Support for repairs and follow-ups
Actively participate in conferences, events and representation activities
What you need
Required:
University or Post-Secondary Degree
3+ years of outside sales or clinical experience
Bilingual in English and French
Preferred:
University Degree in health-related field (biology, science, kinesiology, etc.)
3+ years in medical device sales or as a Paramedic, Firefighter, Ambulance Technician, or First Responder
Additional Information:
Must be able to travel (ground and air) to support territory responsibilities as well as company-related duties and obligations
Must have a valid driver’s license
$96,000 and may be eligible to earn variable commission + benefits.
Travel Percentage: 60%
