SUMMARY:

The Reprint Operator is responsible for managing and ensuring the reprint process is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• SeReceive reprint requests from production
• Initiate systematic reprints in MMS
• Slot good materials in designated locations awaiting completion of reprints

SKILLS AND MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Six (6) months experience in a manufacturing environment
• Must be able to work under deadlines and pressure to meet goals
• Must be dependable; have the ability to work overtime with little or no notice
• Team-oriented and flexible

Skills Knowledge & Expertise

• Track and expedite reprints through production
• Ensure reprints and good work are matched up to complete the order
• Manage the reprint process to ensure successful attainment of SLA
• Monitor reprint trends and escalate common occurrences to leaders
• Offer recommendations for process improvement
• Participate in process improvement initiatives
• Other duties as assigned job description
• Ability to work flexible shifts, extended hours, evenings and weekends, with little or no advance notice.
• Ability to sit for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Able to stand and walk frequently.
• Able to bend, stoop and reach occasionally.
