The Internal Sales Representative plays a key role in growing and retaining our industrial customer base. Acting as a bridge between front-line sales activities and more strategic account management, this role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and developing new business opportunities within our existing and prospective customer base. This role combines skills in inside sales, customer service, and business development to ensure continued growth and increased customer satisfaction. The incumbent will work closely with inside sales representatives and account managers to maximize our market presence and achieve our sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and qualify high-potential prospects.
Build strong relationships with customers and understand their needs.
Manage sales opportunities and prepare proposals.
Collaborate with internal sales teams and account managers.
Provide excellent customer service and follow up regularly.
Maintain accurate records and generate reports.
Stay informed about products and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent experience in sales or business development.
Experience in inside sales or customer service (in an industrial setting is a plus).
Knowledge of welding equipment, tools, and supplies (a plus).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build relationships and work as part of a team.
Proficiency with computer software and CRM systems.
