The team you will be a part of

The HR Operations team effectively maintains employee information that meets the organization's legal obligations and assists in human resource management and planning by recommending, developing and implementing new processes and analyses.

This role in summary

You’ll be in charge of managing how employee inquiries and requests are routed through Human Resources, including resolving, escalating, reassigning, or redirecting them when needed.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Answer general HR questions about policies and procedures

  • Support employees navigating SuccessFactors and our internal HR Portal

  • Assist with HR transactions like Payroll Insights, Vacation Requests, and General Guidance

  • Log and track all interactions to ensure timely and complete follow-up

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements that make our services more effective and employee-friendly through Whirlpool’s standard procedures (SOP, Calls Scripts, etc.)

Minimum requirements

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Great attention to detail and strong organization skills.

  • Ability to collaborate and follow through on tasks.

  • Because our call center depends on strict service hours, being on time is absolutely essential

  • English proficiency.

Preferred skills and experiences

  • Portuguese language skills.

  • A proactive mindset with good judgment.

  • Experience handling confidential matters.

  • Comfort working independently and managing multiple priorities.

  • Flexibility to adapt to urgent needs and shifting priorities.

  • Ability to lead small projects or improvement efforts.
