More About This Role

This role is responsible for executing field sales activities through direct and indirect customer service across the drugstore and wholesale channel. The position focuses on supporting transfer agents in daily operations, managing commercial orders, and ensuring full coverage across independent drugstores, Copidrogas, Axa, Internacional, Unidrogas, and chain warehouses. Additionally, the role supports distributor inventory management and coordinates with phone-based sales teams across different warehouse locations.

What You Need to Know About This Position

  • Daily field accompaniment and support to transfer agents, ensuring proper execution of commercial plans.
  • Drive Nielsen mobility indicators and market share positioning.
  • Segment clients strategically based on potential, geography, repurchase capacity, and portfolio affinity.
  • Negotiate agreements under profitability, volume, and payment condition frameworks, establishing win-win outcomes.
  • Track and control transfers across warehouses, ensuring proper system registration.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (purchasing managers, store administrators, point-of-sale leads) across different types of drugstores.
  • Manage commercial performance indicators: sell in/sell out, goal achievement, average ticket, visit frequency.
  • Manage and control accounts receivable.

Education / Certifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
  • Certifications in commercial management, sales, or pharmaceutical channel management are a plus.

Job Specific Requirements

  • Experience in field sales within the drugstore, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods channel.
  • Strong understanding of portfolio dynamics, product rotation, value perception, and point-of-sale strategies.
  • Mastery of margins, discounts, bonuses, and consumer behavior within the channel.
  • Proficiency in commercial KPIs (sell in/sell out, coverage, goal achievement).
  • Experience managing accounts receivable and distributor relationships.
  • Ability to identify value opportunities for both client and company, with a focus on effective deal closure.
  • Knowledge of Nielsen data and market share tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint). Power BI is a plus.
