As a Sales Representative (General Trade), you are at the forefront of DKSH's Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) business, driving sales performance and building meaningful customer relationships across your assigned territory. Your work directly contributes to achieving commercial targets and strengthening DKSH's market presence in the general trade channel.
Drive sales performance across assigned routes and territories by executing focused sales activities that consistently meet business targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits, reliable service, and proactive customer care.
Ensure effective product visibility and in-store standards by arranging and displaying merchandise in alignment with trade guidelines.
Monitor inventory levels and place timely orders to maintain product availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
Gather competitor intelligence and customer feedback to support informed commercial decisions and business responsiveness.
Provide accurate daily sales reports to the Sales Manager or Sales Supervisor to ensure business visibility and performance tracking.
High school diploma or higher; no specific field of study required.
Ability to travel and work effectively in the field across assigned routes and territories.
Strong communication skills with a proactive, hardworking approach and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
