You will develop professional relationships with our customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions. You will ensure great visibility in retailers and delivery of sales capabilities. Your drive will lead you to deliver the field KPI's and hit your annual objectives

  • Ensure a maximum visual impact and an optimum shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
  • Implement and monitor promotional activities.
  • Point of buying materials placement and implementation.
  • Report on activities.

More about this role

Mondelez Norway has a vacancy for a Sales Consultant within grocery in Troms and Finnmark. Mainly Tromsø, Finnsnes, Bardufoss, Tana and Kirkenes. This role requires some travel as this is a large area. On this occasion, we are looking for someone who envisions a career as an advisor to our customers in the grocery industry.

You will become part of a knowledgeable Field Sales Team with responsibility for strong brands in one of the industry's leading companies. The team you will be part of consists of 11 salespeople from Ålesund all the way to Kirkenes. In total, we have 36 salespeople in Norway divided into 3 regions.

You can expect 2 physical sales meetings with the Region per year, often in Trondheim, and 1-2 National kick offs mainly in Oslo per year.

You will:

  • have customer responsibility in your own area and be part of a regional team
  • visit customers for consultation and follow-up as well as build, develop and maintain good relationships with each of them over time
  • use CRM system and reports to ensure results are achieved on your customer base
  • participate in local and national sales meetings, as well as meetings on Teams
  • continuously analyze and initiate improvement measures for your own customer base
  • be a contributor in following up on the company's plans and agreements
  • be our partner and advisor to the market. Ensure the implementation of chain campaigns, seasons and the launch of new products
  • plan and prioritize - it is an important part of everyday life for every sales consultant
  • be up to date on your own customers, changes and movements in the market
  • have the ability to work independently

You have a driver's licence (and we will provide you with a company car).

You have excellent command of Norwegian and a good understanding of English.
