SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES：

1. Getting and ensuring PO accuracy while following order fulfilment. Working together with IP, logistic team to monitor and provide the best customer service to distributors to have excellent service.
2. Following the guidelines of SOP to monitor the reschedule and cancellation.
3. Supporting the RGA & Scrap after service.
4. Daily process SAP and Sales force.
5. Supporting sales team to drive booking while max monthly billing.
6. Develop close communication channel and good working partnership with Sales Engineer in order to understand customer requirement and business model. Also to acquire all necessary information about customers' activities and their needs to render best result and service.

REQUIREMENT:

1. Respect, Integrity, Humility .
2. College degree or above, good command of both spoken and written English.
3. Clear logic. Good communication, urgent sense of customer service and initiative
4. With 2 - 4 years in Customer service, sales support, purchasing or material planning. Working experience in electronic industry is preferred.
5. Good computer knowledge, especially Micro-soft office: excel, word, outlook, etc. SAP knowledge is preferred.
