PRIMARY PURPOSE:
主要目标  Follow the Principle Based Management (PBM ) guidelines, provide strong and effective support to external Customers and internal Account teams in line with assigned Accounts/Territory, maximize the use and transformation of external information and internal resources, and contribute to the continuous growth of revenue.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/工作职责:
1.  Process Customer Purchase Orders in SAP
在SAP 中处理客户采购订单
2.  Maintain Sales Order records
维护销售订单记录
3.  Track Order Status
跟踪订单状态
4.  Troubleshoot order related issues
解决订单相关问题
5.  Back up for Inside sales representatives during absence/vacation
在内部销售/客服代表缺勤/休假时提供支持
6.  Prepare Sales reports as needed
根据需要准备销售报表

SCOPE:
范围：  To provide data entry support to Inside Sales Manager and Inside Sales/CSR with processing orders in SAP Database, maintaining order records, and other office duties as needed.
为内部销售经理和内部销售/客服代表提供数据输入支持，在SAP数据库中处理订单，维护订单记录，并根据需要履行其他办公室职责

EDUCATION/教育程度:
REQUIRED/必需资质:  English

REQUIRED/必需资质:  1+ years of Sales Assistant or related experience

REQUIRED/必需资质:  Adequate (at least Mid-level) English written/verbal communications skills, detail oriented and MS Office proficiency.
