About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

On schedule to open in the United Arab Emirates in 2027, Wynn Al Marjan Island has been created as an opulent and entertaining beachside destination for discerning guests to play and relax. Located less than 50 miles from Dubai International Airport, this integrated resort offering 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants and lounges, a theater, nightclub, and five-star spa is currently under construction on a picturesque island that gracefully curves into the Arabian Gulf.

About the Position:

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Representative – Business Services Centerto join the resort’s Business Services Centerteam.

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Process and manage business service requests, including documentation, procurement, and vendor coordination.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks to support hotel operations.

• Maintain records, files, and reports in compliance with Wynn standards.

• Assist in preparing correspondence, presentations, and other business documents.

• Act as a primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

• Uphold Wynn’s commitment to excellence in all interactions.

• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure smooth operations.

• Support the Assistant Manager in implementing process improvements and maintaining compliance.

About You:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in administrative or business services roles, preferably in hospitality or luxury environments.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with hospitality systems.

• Attention to detail and accuracy.

• Professionalism and discretion.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Customer-focused mindset.

• Adaptability and willingness to learn.
