Job Description

Join us now as Representative in Korea within the Representative Office team.

What you do

Business Development Support

  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the AP institutional team in Hong Kong, including assisting with outreach activities, organizing information, and helping maintain connections with industry stakeholders.
  • Conduct general market and industry research to support team awareness and decision-making.

Client Service & Relationship Management

  • Deliver high-quality client service by responding to enquiries and ensuring smooth communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as a reliable liaison for institutional clients, helping maintain positive and professional ongoing relationships.

Operational Support

  • Assist in the planning coordination and implementation of departmental initiatives aimed at enhancing team efficiency and organisational alignment.
  • Support efforts to strengthen the organisation’s positioning through collaboration and information gathering and management.

Collaboration & Compliance

  • Work closely with regional functions including product, legal, compliance, operations, and investments.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures and compliance requirements.

What you bring

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or above), preferably in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience, preferably in institutional sales or relationship management
  • Experience in private markets required
  • CFA or CAIA designation preferred
  • Proven track record in developing and maintaining institutional client relationships
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong business sense and market awareness
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • In-depth knowledge of financial markets and investment products
  • Native Korean speaker with fluency in English
  • Ability to work collaboratively across functions and regions
  • High level of integrity and understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
  • AI skills: Microsoft CoPilot
