
Profesional responsable de desarrollar y ejecutar estrategias comerciales y técnicas en el sector pecuario, enfocadas en bovinos de leche y carne. Su función principal es generar crecimiento sostenible comercial mediante la asesoría técnica especializada, desarrollo de cuentas estratégicas según segmentación, posicionamiento de productos y cumplimiento de objetivos comerciales.
El puesto requiere una combinación sólida de competencias comerciales y técnicas, destacando habilidades en venta consultiva, negociación, desarrollo de negocio, manejo de cuentas clave y orientación a resultados. Asimismo, demanda conocimiento en salud animal, sistemas de producción, interpretación de indicadores productivos y capacitación técnica a clientes.
El representante debe contar con alta capacidad de comunicación, enfoque al cliente, planeación estratégica y disciplina en el uso de herramientas comerciales como CRM. Además, debe ser capaz de generar relaciones de largo plazo con productores, veterinarios y distribuidores, aportando soluciones que impacten positivamente la rentabilidad y productividad de las operaciones ganaderas.
Perfil Requerido
Experiencia minima de 2 años como Representante tecnico de ventas en Ganado Bovino Leche y Carne. Y conocimiento en los sistemas de producción de Ganado Bovino Leche y Carne en la zona de Coahuila.
Experiencia en ventas consultivas, gestión de canales de distribución.
Profesional en: MVZ, Ing. Agro. Zootecnista y/o carreras Afines
Computación intermedia (manejo de Office
Manejo de enfermedades y programas sanitario
