Principais Responsabilidades:

• Conduzir negociações e fortalecer relacionamentos com clientes, distribuidores, influenciadores e instituições da região.
• Cumprir e superar metas de vendas, trazendo soluções que maximizem o valor para os clientes.
• Planejar e executar visitas técnicas e comerciais, com foco em prospecção, fidelização e expansão da carteira.
• Prestar assessoria técnica e suporte pós-venda, garantindo a eficiência no uso das soluções Rovensa Next.
• Conduzir treinamentos e palestras sobre portfólio e novas tecnologias, gerando engajamento e confiança.
• Implementar planos de marketing locais, organizar eventos e fortalecer a imagem da companhia.
• Mapear tendências de mercado, concorrência e novas oportunidades de negócio.
• Interagir com áreas internas (Crédito, Administração de Vendas, Marketing e Logística) para garantir excelência na jornada do cliente.

Experiências e Pré requisitos:

• Formação completa em Agronomia ou Engenharia Agronômica
• Experiência em Agronegócios, preferencialmente em Nutrição e/ou Biocontrole.
• Habilidade em construir relacionamentos sólidos e de confiança com clientes.
• Boa comunicação para realizar palestras, treinamentos e eventos técnicos
• Perfil protagonista, colaborativo, orientado a resultados e com visão de dono.
• Disponibilidade para viagens e para atuar em campo.
• Domínio de pacote Office e vivência com campos demonstrativos será um diferencial.
• Residir na região de Pontes e Lacerda/ MT.
