El rol:

El Representante de Ventas de Canal Tradicional es responsable de gestionar y desarrollar la cartera de clientes en el canal tradicional (mayoristas nacionales o regionales, ferreteros, etc.)

Su objetivo principal es incrementar las ventas, asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias, fortalecer la relación comercial con los clientes, garantizando la presencia y rotación de los productos de la empresa.

Responsabilidades:

  • Desarrollo de los clientes a su responsabilidad a través de la gestión de planes en conjunto.

  • Ampliar la cobertura y penetración de las marcas en los clientes a su cargo.

  • Visitar y atender a los clientes del canal tradicional.

  • Identificar oportunidades de negocio y crecimiento en el canal.

  • Realizar seguimiento a la cobranza y asegurar el cumplimiento de los acuerdos comerciales.

  • Monitorear el inventario y la rotación de productos en los puntos de venta.

  • Brindar atención y solución a las necesidades y requerimientos en los clientes.

  • Elaborar reportes de ventas, actividades y resultados de la zona asignada.

  • Mantenerse actualizado sobre los productos, promociones y tendencias del mercado.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en ventas de canal tradicional (mayoristas nacionales o regionales, ferreteros, etc.)

  • Conocimiento de la zona de Guadalajara

  • Habilidades de negociación, comunicación y servicio al cliente.

  • Orientación a resultados y trabajo bajo objetivos.

  • Manejo de herramientas tecnológicas (Excel, correo electrónico, CRM).
