We are looking for a skilled professional to join our database team, focused on building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable and secure database systems. This role involves close collaboration with development and analytics teams to support high-quality data management and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines and database scripts.

Execute schema updates, optimize indexing, and validate data integrity.

Troubleshoot database issues and enhance performance metrics.

Collaborate with development and analytics teams to ensure seamless data accessibility and accuracy.

Contribute to the architecture of Data Lake and Data Warehouse solutions.

Lead standardization initiatives and enforce best practices in database design and maintenance.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in database engineering.

Strong proficiency in SQL and ETL/ELT methodologies.

Experience with relational databases such as MySQL and MariaDB.

In-depth understanding of on-premise server performance and database optimization.


Ability to evaluate and improve database resource consumption and space utilization.

Familiarity with BI/reporting tools and third-party integrations (e.g., Shopify, Recharge).

For senior roles: proven leadership in team management, database architecture, and compliance-oriented design.
