The Professional Services Engineer delivers customized reporting solutions using Aceyus VUE, taking ownership of standard projects with moderate complexity. They interact with customers, perform detailed requirements analysis, and build reports and dashboards independently, escalating complex issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with clients to capture and clarify reporting requirements.
  • Independently build and deliver reports using SQL and Aceyus products.
  • Contribute to project scoping, planning, and customer communication.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth deployments.
  • Perform testing, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Mentor junior team members and share knowledge informally.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-8 years in data analytics and reporting roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and report development.
  • Experience with scripting (html, javascript) preferred.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Understanding of contact center features and reporting environments (e.g., Five9, Avaya, Cisco).

  • Ability to become the trusted advisor to the customer for analytics projects.
  • Self-motivated to deliver moderately complex reporting solutions on time with high quality.
  • Ability to work with project managers both internal and external to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Proactive mentorship and knowledge-sharing with other team members.
