In this role, you'll:

Be working within the Finance Systems Solutions team, where you will be responsible for developing reporting strategic roadmaps, enhancing reporting and analytics capability across multiple platforms to meet current and future needs, supporting strategic and executive decision making.

You will enhance financial systems capability across the cluster by scoping, analysing, and presenting information to support business improvement initiatives and strategic decision-making. You will also own the end to end process, where you will scope, design, manage governance process, manage and complete user acceptance testing, change communications, deployment and support into BAU.

You will also partner closely with senior stakeholders and the Manager Finance Systems to translate business needs into effective reporting solutions and drive continuous improvement across financial and project reporting.

You will support and guide internal teams and broader user groups to strengthen reporting knowledge, uplift skills, and build capability in reporting tools and analytical practices.

There are vacancies in two streams Plan to Deliver supporting PPM & PS SAP Modules and Finance to Manage supporting FI & CO SAP Modules. Please indicate your preference.

The team hub for this role will be located in Macquarie Park and there will be the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to commit to our 50% workplace presence requirements.

About you

You are an influential leader with extensive experience delivering business intelligence and reporting solutions in complex environments.

You will have extensive experience with technologies such as Equip, Tableau, SAP SAC, OneStream and current Business Intelligence reporting technology including SAPBI/Cognos Analytics.

You will have outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to translate complex data into meaningful insights and lead improvement initiatives. You will also have exceptional communications skills and be able to engage and influence senior stakeholders.

You will have experience supporting and guiding internal teams and broader user groups to strengthen reporting knowledge.
