
Within Group Finance Operations & Technology (GFO&T), Reporting Solutions is responsible for designing and delivering finance reporting, analytics, and application solutions for Swiss Re. As part of Swiss Re’s ongoing transformation, we are further standardizing how finance dashboards and applications are designed and built on the Palantir Foundry platform, including AI‑enriched use cases.We are looking for a motivated intern to support the definition of a UX/UI framework and design toolkit for finance dashboards and applications, with a strong focus on user experience, usability, and interactivity.
As an intern, you will contribute to the establishment of a consistent design approach for finance applications and dashboards and translate business and user needs into tangible design artefacts.Your main responsibilities will include:

We are the Reporting Solutions team within Swiss Re's Global Finance Operations & Transformation unit — trusted partners to the Finance organization and guardians of financial reporting and analytics. Our remit is broad and impactful: we span the full financial close cycle, from sub-ledger through General Ledger all the way to group reporting, and we own the data foundations that power them all. We provide ready to use reports and tools for internal management reporting, external compliance reporting (incl. group IFRS results as well as local regulatory, statutory reporting valuations), analytics on big data and explore recent technologies like AI & GenAI for Finance.
