Job Description

We're Hiring: Reporting Manager

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Reporting Manager to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of reporting standards, dashboards, and performance reporting mechanisms across the organization.

This role is ideal for a highly analytical professional with strong leadership and executive communication skills who can transform data into meaningful business insights and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of reporting frameworks, templates, and governance processes.
  • Standardize data collection and reporting processes across all projects and departments.
  • Monitor project portfolio KPIs and provide insightful performance analysis.
  • Deliver executive dashboards, reports, and presentations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across all reporting outputs.
  • Support leadership and executive decision-making through data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in reporting tools, automation, and data visualization techniques.
  • Lead and develop the reporting team to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Excel, Tableau, or similar tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • PMP, PMI-PBA, or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a Reporting Manager role or similar position.
  • Strong expertise in executive reporting, KPI management, dashboard design, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, Excel, and reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience managing executive reporting cycles within large organizations or project environments.
  • Strong understanding of reporting governance frameworks and performance measurement methodologies.
  • Ability to benchmark and enhance reporting practices aligned with industry standards.
