Team: Finance – Commercial & Planning / Insights & Analytics
Reporting to: Reporting & Analytics Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000 + annual company performance related bonus up to 20% + 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays + private medical insurance + employer pension contributions up to 10%

We’re looking for a Reporting & Analytics Analyst to join our growing Insights & Analytics team—someone who can turn data into a powerful story and become a trusted partner to the business.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll play a key role in enabling smarter decisions by designing and delivering impactful reporting across Salesforce and Oracle, while ensuring consistency with enterprise data standards.

Your role will include:

• Building and enhancing reports and dashboards that drive operational, tactical, and strategic decisions
• Partnering with stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable insights
• Ensuring accuracy and alignment across Salesforce, Oracle, Power BI and Snowflake outputs
• Championing data quality, governance, and KPI consistency across the organisation
• Acting as a subject matter expert in reporting best practices
• Driving adoption of reporting by delivering training, guidance, and user support
• Identifying opportunities to automate and improve reporting efficiency

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who combines technical expertise with strong business engagement skills:

• Proven experience building reports and dashboards in Salesforce is required
• Strong understanding of data models, relationships, and reporting structures
• Experience with enterprise systems (ideally Salesforce & Oracle / CRM & ERP)
• Ability to engage stakeholders and translate complex requirements into clear reporting solutions
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on accuracy, validation, and data integrity
• Confidence creating clear documentation, definitions, and reporting standards
