
For our client in the financial services sector, we are looking for an experienced Reporting Engineer to support the Asset Management Mandate Reporting Team within an institutional client platform.
This is a temporary assignment for an experienced professional who can provide all-round operational, analytical, and project-related support in a demanding reporting environment. The role is ideal for someone with strong data quality, reporting, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
As a Reporting Engineer, you will support the mandate reporting team in daily production activities as well as parallel project work. You will help ensure data accuracy, reporting quality, and smooth operational processes across mandate reporting, onboarding, testing, documentation, and ticket management.
Perform data quality checks, data validation, corrections, and follow-ups during production cycles
Identify and resolve data issues in collaboration with internal service teams
Support mandate reporting operations and ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely availability of data
Handle ad-hoc requests, mailbox support, and stakeholder clarifications
Support mandate onboarding and RFP-related reporting processes
Draft, review, and coordinate reports together with Relationship Managers and Portfolio Managers
Manage and monitor Jira tickets, track progress, and ensure timely completion of tasks
Support implementation of client-specific category strategy changes
Conduct functionality testing and verify correctness of reporting outputs
Assist in creating business specifications and process documentation
Professional experience in reporting, data management, operations, or a similar role
Strong skills in data quality checks, data validation, and ensuring data availability
Good understanding of databases and reporting tools
SQL knowledge is highly beneficial
Strong analytical and organizational skills
High attention to detail and strong commitment to quality
Proactive working style with a strong sense of ownership
Ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
