About the Team:

Join us at the newly established European Controlling Shared Services Hub in Belgrade, where we are building a modern, collaborative, and forward‑looking team. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated Reporting & Data Specialist who wants to play a key role in shaping daily Controlling Factory operations and contributing to continuous process improvement.

In this position, you will work in an international environment, support strategic financial decisions, and help us elevate reporting and controlling standards across the organization. What you can look forward to as Reporting & Data Specialist:

• Retrieving data and executing transactional tasks with focus on standard reporting, customer profitability and product costing,
• Responsible for coordination and execution of key financial processes including SP, OP, forecast and similar processes in cooperation with the plant process controlling team at other ZF locations,
• Plans cost centers and checks plausibility of machine and labor hourly rates,
• Analyzes planned deviations of key financial figures and initiates countermeasures,
• Prepares ad hoc analyses, generates and consolidates reports and presentations,
• Propose and actively implement measures to improve business operations and internal instructions and procedures,
• Prepares and updates all necessary records and reports as instructed by the direct supervisor, in the required content and format.

Your profile as Reporting & Data Specialist:

• University degree preferred or alternatively education in Finance / Controlling / Business Administration,
• Experience in a similar role, in an international environment, preferably in automotive industry,
• Familiar with: Powers Apps, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud; advanced MS Excel skills,
• Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines,
• A high level of numerical and analytical skills,
• Problem identification skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Serbian; additional languages as a plus.
