Partner with the best

Responsible for reporting and analysis of orders, backlog, and margins (As Sold and As Executed). Drives insights, identifies trends, and supports forward‑looking analytics for the Valves New Equipment business. Leads reporting standardization and key project-management activities to improve data quality, visibility, and decision support.

As a Reporting and Forecasting Operational Analyst, you will also be responsible for:

  • Analyzing orders and backlog, including revenue, convertibility, and margin performance.
  • Producing standard reports and dashboards for As Sold vs. As Executed margins.
  • Identifying trends by brand, tier, and region to support commercial strategy.
  • Providing predictive analysis on orders/backlog trends and risk/opportunity areas.
  • Supporting global Commercial and Finance teams with insights and decision‑ready analysis.
  • Participating in weekly site pacing calls and interpret pacing vs. orders/backlog forecasts.
  • Delivering executive-ready summaries and ad-hoc reporting as needed.
  • Leading reporting standardization and data-quality improvement initiatives.
  • Managing cross-functional projects involving SAP/CFIN enhancements, automation, and analytics upgrades.
  • Implementing continuous improvement processes to streamline reporting workflows.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have 7+ years of experience in commercial analytics, reporting, or finance (manufacturing or O&G preferred)
  • Have an education background in CA/ICWA preferred
  • Have an experience in Advanced Excel; SAP, CFIN, Tableau and ThoughtSpot a plus.
  • Have strong communication, stakeholder management
  • Have an ability to work globally and handle multiple senior leaders.
