Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) is looking for Reporting and Data Analyst!


Your new role:


Support accurate and reliable reporting by maintaining billing and contract data, and contributing to clear financial analyses.


Your core responsibilities:


Revenue & Billing Data Maintenance (approx. 50%)


  • Maintain and validate billing and contract master data.
  • Collect billing and revenue‑relevant inputs from Business.
  • Perform structured sanity checks on billing logic, contract attributes, and data completeness.
  • Ensure changes to revenue‑relevant data are properly documented and traceable.
  • Systematically identify and report inconsistencies.

Revenue & Costs Analysis & Closing Support (approx. 25%)


  • Support preparation of recurring analyses (e.g. billed vs. actual, basic variance checks).
  • Reconcile revenue reports and support investigation of deviations.
  • Prepare clear and structured inputs for senior controllers and management reporting.

Coordination & Process Support (approx. 25%)


  • Act as a contact point for billing‑ and revenue‑related topics between Finance and Business.
  • Contribute practical feedback based on hands‑on experience with data and workflows and keep the process descriptions up-to-date.

Your Profile:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or similar,
  • First professional experience in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or a related area,
  • Basic practical experience with SAP or another ERP system,
  • Structured and careful working style with excellent attention to detail,
  • Business level English (B2+) is a required.
  • Experience with billing, revenue, or contract‑related data
  • Good MS Excel skills (e.g. contingency tables, VLOOK up function, big data maintenance)
