What’s the role
The Reporting and Analysis (Finance) Analyst is accountable for completing all assigned operational activities in end-to-end Fixed Assets accounting, Group Reporting, Joint Venture reporting and other Reporting and Analysis activities to ensure compliance with Group and International Financial Reporting Standards, US GAAP and FERC (Federal Energy Regulatory Commission) reporting requirements for US Midstream business, in a timely and accurate manner.
What you’ll be doing
The Reporting and Analysis (Finance) Analyst will work collaboratively with Manila Reporting and Analysis team and US Business counterparties including Assurance and Accounting Senior Adviser, Finance advisors, Tariff Group and Midstream Operations team that supports/handles FERC entities. The job dimensions are:
General accounting, posting of manual journal entries, and Group Reporting under IFRS·
Preparation of monthly Joint Venture Financial Statements (FS) under US GAAP, in line with the requirements per Joint Venture Operating Agreements·
Preparation of annual FS subject to external audit (EY) including flux analysis
Fixed assets accounting and reporting (budget assignment and update, asset creation and change, capitalization, depreciation checking, retirement, manual adjustments, etc.)
Blackline reconciliation
What you bring
We are keen to speak with individuals who have the following:
Preferably with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, as well as candidates with 1–3 years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance operations, or similar roles
Basic understanding of:
Financial reporting concepts (e.g., revenue recognition, journal entries, reconciliation)
Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) is an advantage but not required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
Good communication skills (written and verbal) for coordination with stakeholders
Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
Demonstrates learning agility and willingness to develop in technical finance areas
High level of integrity and accountability, especially in handling financial data
This role will follow a mid-shift schedule, from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM (PH time).
