Hybrid WorkingCIB Reporting & Analytics Manager, LBCM Service Provision

JOB TITLE: Reporting & Analytics Manager (LBCM Service Provision)

Experience: 7- 16

LOCATIONS:  Hyderabad, India

HOURS: Full-Time

WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites

WORKING HOURS: 13:30 – 22:30 (UK 09:00 – 17:00)

About This Opportunity

An exciting opportunity to join the Commercial team in India and support CIB COO.

Sitting within CIB COO, the Service Management team drive high quality management of internal and external Service Provision, Inward Due Diligence and optimal Property Management – providing dedicated support to improve the overall service experience and support the bank’s strategic agenda.

Key responsibilities

  • Support the maintenance and updatingof the Group’s Service Provision Catalogue (SPC) for services provided into LBCM

  • Provide input intothe identification, monitoring, and mitigation of live service provision risks and controls

  • Support the production and analysis ofLBCM service SLA reporting and path-to-green metrics

  • Contribute to impact assessmentsfor Group-wide changes impacting services into LBCM, including coordination and administrative support for SPIAs

  • Support governance activitiesrelating to third-party suppliers and dependent systems impacting LBCM service receipt

  • Assist with monitoring and trackingpath-to-green activity and SLA appropriateness, escalating issues where required

What You'll Need

  • Excellent PowerPoint,Excel and Power BI skills.

  • Ability to engage with and challenge a wide range of stakeholders.

  • Understanding of the non-ringfenced bank.

  • Ability tounderstand andmanagea wide range ofrisks and controls

  • Ability to analyse data andturn data into value-add insights.

  • Needs to be highly organised and proactive in finding opportunities to add value.

  • Eye for detail as accuracy is criticalin documenting core services.
