A global shared services hub (GBS) for a leading tobacco company is looking for a Reporting & Analytics Center Process Manager to set the vision, operating model, and standards for enterprise reporting. This role transforms a team of Reporting Experts into a high-performing capability that delivers trusted, timely, and actionable insights at scale. You will ensure robust data governance, KPI standardization, and sustainable platform operations; accelerate self-service adoption; and leverage automation and AI-assisted capabilities to reduce cycle times and enhance decision quality. The objective is to deliver measurable business value through a modern reporting ecosystem that is secure, compliant, and future ready.
Responsibilities:
- People Leadership. Build, coach, and mentor a high-performing team of Reporting Experts with clear competencies and growth path, while fostering a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement across locations. Define clear ways of working (agile/product), set performance expectations, and drive engagement and inclusion.
- Business Partnering & Value Realization. Translate business objectives into outcome-focused reporting products and measurable KPIs. Lead discovery and design with stakeholders to ensure dashboards meet operational and leadership needs, while tracking benefits such as adoption, cycle time, accuracy, and business impact, and communicating value to stakeholders.
- Portfolio & Governance. Set the enterprise reporting vision, roadmaps, and prioritization while managing demand and capacity. Establish and enforce standards for visual design, accessibility, security, and performance; maintain certified semantic models and KPI catalogs for a single source of truth and comparability; and define and monitor data availability and quality guardrails.
- Architecture, Platform Excellence & Automation. Partner with D&IT on BI platform evolution for scalability and cost efficiency, promote reuse through shared datasets, templates, and components; automate refreshes, QA, and documentation, and introduce best-in-class practices including AI-assisted insights under controlled governance.
- Self-Service Enablement & Data Literacy. Implement structured enablement programs with training, content packs, and guardrails to scale responsible self-service. Curate documentation, patterns, and communities of practice, monitor usage analytics for iteration, and coach business users and champions to increase data literacy and confident decision-making.
- Operations, Risk & Compliance. Run reliable reporting operations including release management, incident response, and environment management. Ensure data accuracy, timeliness, and auditability through rigorous testing and validation, while maintaining compliance with privacy, security, and regulatory requirements and proactively managing operational risks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Data/Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Economics
- Advanced degrees or BI/Agile certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in BI, analytics, or data product development, including 2+ years in leading regional or cross-functional teams within a GBS or shared services environment.
- Proven track record implementing reporting operating models, metric standardization, process governance, and service delivery at scale.
- Expert Power BI skills (datasets, semantic models, DAX, performance tuning, governance, row-level security) and advanced SQL; MS Fabric exposure is a plus.
- Solid background in data modeling, multi-source integration, ETL/ELT orchestration, metadata, lineage tools, and end-to-end BI lifecycle management.
- Strong understanding of agile product delivery, project management, visualization UX standards, and core business processes across Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial.
- Excellent fluent English communication skills with a proven ability to tell stories with data, drive self-service BI adoption, and manage global stakeholders.
Work Setup:
Hybrid (3 days RTO per week)
Schedule: Mid-shift, start at 2:00/3:00 PM (Supporting PH & Europe)
