Internal advancement is commonplace, and we are always supported in our career journey. We believe in creating a workplace where you can thrive professionally while contributing to something greater and serving our communities.

About the Role:

If you’re energized by turning complex data into meaningful business insight, this is an opportunity to make a visible impact. As the Reporting Analyst, you will help shape how ATCO’s Procurement and Supply Chain team measures performance, uncovers opportunities, and makes informed decisions. From building reporting and dashboards to strengthening KPI accuracy and delivering actionable insights, you will play an important role in driving both strategic priorities and day-to-day operational excellence.

What You Get to Do:

• Design, enhance, and automate dashboards and reporting solutions that provide clear, real-time visibility into procurement, contracts, spend, compliance, and key performance metrics.
• Lead end-to-end reporting activities, including data collection, cleansing, validation, analysis, and ongoing data integrity across extraction, storage, and processing.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights that inform strategic planning, forecasting, KPI development, performance measurement, and day-to-day decision-making.
• Prepare and deliver weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reporting for management and internal stakeholders, ensuring information is accurate, timely, and business-relevant.
• Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, IT, and Leadership teams to understand business needs, align priorities, and translate requirements into meaningful analytics solutions.
• Create compelling stakeholder-facing visuals and presentations using tools such as Power BI and PowerPoint to communicate insights in a simple, engaging way.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes, improve data workflows, and strengthen reporting efficiency in collaboration with IT and business partners.
• Contribute to analytics best practices, documentation, data governance, and standardization initiatives that support long-term reporting maturity.
• Provide additional support as needed, including ad hoc analysis requests and emergency response activities when required.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline
• 3+ years' experience delivering reporting and analytics in supply chain, business insights, finance, or internal audit environments
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing business intelligence reporting solutions
• Experience working with Oracle is considered a strong asset, specifically Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), Fusion Analytics Warehouse (FAW) or Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
• Hands-on expertise with Power BI and SQL
• A strong reporting and analytics foundation, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge assumptions, build alignment, and achieve practical outcomes
• A sharp eye for detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend data-informed improvements
• An SCMP designation is preferred; candidates actively pursuing the designation or related business coursework would also be considered

What We Offer:

• A culture based on caring, integrity, agility, collaboration, and striving for excellence
• Competitive compensation
• Flex benefits
• Tuition assistance program
• Training and mentorship programs
• Charitable donation matching
