
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to edit copy four days a week, including on weekend afternoons and evenings. Reporting to the Managing Editor and working closely with the Weekend Editor and National Editor, the successful candidate will work Thursdays and Fridays to edit, publish and schedule wire copy from across the country. They will also take charge of the news desk on Saturday and Sunday afternoons and evenings, when they will juggle a variety of tasks including editing and ensuring that any breaking news is covered.

Hiring Range: The hourly rate for this role ranges from $30.42 to $40.31. Placement within this range depends on a candidate's level of experience, technical skills and alignment with the role requirements.
