We at IKEA Leeds are looking to welcome a Replenishment Manager to join the team as what we call a Fulfilment Operations Team Leader.

At IKEA Leeds, we're looking for an experienced Replenishment Manager to lead our Fulfilment Operations team. You'll be responsible for ensuring outstanding product availability, leading a high-performing replenishment team, and driving operational excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience. If you have experience leading teams in a fast-paced retail, logistics, warehouse or supply chain environment, we'd love to hear from you.

WHAT WE OFFER

• The Start Date of employment will be discussed at interview. September 2026
• 39 Hours working 5 days per week, shifts from 02.00am - 15.30pm and alternate weekends.
• This role offer a salary starting from £29,215 per annum, based on skills & experience. Night shift allowance £2.25 per hour applies for hours worked between 10.00pm - 6.00am

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

• Experience of leading a large team in a busy replenishment environment with the ability to prioritise and organise your own and others' workload.
• Results-driven approach with a clear customer focus and ability to meet agreed budgets and goals with the ability to make timely decisions and take personal initiatives, able to cope with changing circumstances.
• Leading others, you will have good communication skills that can assist in building relationships with co-workers and customers cross functionally.
• Ability to implement structural ways of working within the area of responsibility, with problem-solving experience and proficient computer literacy.
• Keen to contribute a fresh outlook and a collaborative spirit to the team.
• Working & building relationships with cross functional partners to ensure efficient Replenishment operations that meet deadlines and deliver results.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING ON THE DAY TO DAY

• Ensure efficient daily operations within the replenishment department guaranteeing products are available for our customers to directly support sales and increase customer satisfaction.
• Responsible for coaching, developing and inspiring a motivated team, maintaining a work environment which supports equality, diversity and inclusion and well-being.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment, adhering to IKEA health, safety, and security regulations and Code of Conduct.
• Work with the team to reach business goals, review workloads to ensure daily volume handling and meet seasonal demands, all while keeping costs low.
