Replenishment Supervisor

About the role

We currently have an opportunity for a Replenishment Supervisor to join our team. You will support and assist the Replenishment Team Leader in achieving and exceeding all depot KPIs, targets, and objectives, while ensuring a clean, safe, and efficient working environment that delivers excellent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure a clean and safe working environment at all times.
• Maintain 98% stock availability through efficient systems and processes, delivering <10% ISOS.
• Ensure KPIs are in place for gap counts.
• Contribute to achieving Customer Satisfaction targets and scores.
• Drive standards for great customer satisfaction and a positive shopping experience.
• Act as an ambassador for the brand.
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are implemented and embedded.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policy and legislation.

The Ideal Candidate

• Experience in a warehouse, retail, or wholesale environment.
• Sound knowledge of product areas.
• Highly organised with exceptional planning and prioritisation skills.
• Strong time management abilities.
• Proven track record in delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• Team-building skills with the ability to give clear direction and delegate confidently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening skills.
