Job Description

Responsible for proper execution and managing stock replenishments from multiple TE Plants to Distribution Centres and maintaining adequate inventory levels. He or she is also responsible to ensure the delivery of every order to the customer in-full and on-time. This position is focused on customer satisfaction and replenishment cycles and works cross-functionally with Planning team, DC Operations team and Customer Care team.

Job Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Direct intercompany flows for assigned TE plants and DC’s.
• Manage and execute procurement and relating activities to ensure timely stock replenishment through PR to PO releases to intercompany plants.
• Ensures Customer Orders are delivered on time and without issues by executing manual delivery orders and performs regular review with customer care.
• Analyse and resolved critical exception messages, blocked customer orders, customer returns,
• Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR and STS, and Inventory.
• Proactively identify opportunities to better serve our customers through cross-functional teams via inventory or improved delivery performance.
• Maintain key master data attributes to ensure performance accuracy and adequate system governance.

What your background should look like

• Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent
• SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years
• Understanding of MRP, Procurement Purchasing – 3-5 years
• Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years
• Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
• Must be detail oriented and able to communicate to cross functional teams.
• Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, travel when necessary.
• Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy and focus.
