Job Description

This role is responsible for managing stock replenishment from various TE Plants to our Distribution Centers, ensuring adequate inventory levels. A key focus is to guarantee every customer order is delivered in-full and on time, prioritizing customer satisfaction and efficient replenishment cycles. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration with the Planning, DC Operations, and Customer Care teams.

Job Requirements

  • Direct intercompany material flows for assigned TE plants and Distribution Centers.

  • Manage and execute procurement activities, from purchase requisition to purchase order release, ensuring timely stock replenishment from intercompany plants.

  • Ensure on-time, issue-free customer order delivery by executing manual delivery orders and conducting regular reviews with customer care.

  • Analyze and resolve critical issues such as exception messages, blocked customer orders, and customer returns.

  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including Past Due to Request, STR, STS, and inventory levels.

  • Proactively identify and implement improvements through cross-functional collaboration to enhance customer service, inventory efficiency, or delivery performance.

  • Maintain accurate key master data attributes for performance accuracy and robust system governance

What your background should look like

  • Degree /Diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
  • SAP (or other ERP software) – 3-5 years
  • Understanding of MRP, Procurement, Purchasing – 3-5 years
  • Planning and experience in Supply Chain Management – 3-5 years
  • Extensive spreadsheet analysis and strong mathematical abilities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to communicate with cross-functional teams.
  • Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all project deadlines, and travel when necessary.
