Job Description

The replenisher is responsible for performing various tasks related to the replenishment of production facilities. He also takes care of the storage of products and inventory follow-up. He physically carries out the movement of stock necessary for space management et perform material disinfection according to effective procedures. In addition, he performs computer transactions related to his position. He respects the superior quality standards to meet the high standards of the pharmaceutical field.

Tasks and responsibilities :

• Create replenishment documents for production rooms of the sterile facility.
• Picking and storage of stocks.
• Ensures space maximization.
• Places products in the warehouse
• Carries out computer transactions and completes all necessary documents related to the execution of his work, SAP, RF
• Keep the various logbooks up to date.
• Perform disinfection and reception of the material
• Work in collaboration with the supervisor and stakeholders from other departments to ensure that the work is done according to GMP.
• Maintain the material inventory (filter, hoses, sterile wipes, etc.)
• Respects safety standards. Wears safety elements required for warehouse work

Working conditions and physical environment

• Warehouse work
• Ambient or refrigerated temperature conditions
• Requires wearing protective equipment
• Work in a standing position
• Handles weights of up to 20kg

Skills, knowledge and abilities :

• Good knowledge of the pharmaceutical environment and handling of hazardous materials
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices
• Proficient with MS Office and knowledge of SAP
• Customer-oriented
• Excellent teamwork skills, dynamic, meticulous and efficient
• Flexible in terms of working hours
• Available to work overtime
• Demonstrated skills in driving forklifts mandatory
• Good personal hygiene.
• Ability to withstand gowning in a controlled area
• Be comfortable in a highly regulated environment
• Good physical condition.
